How many toilets does your event need?
The number of units required depends on your guest numbers, event duration and whether alcohol is being served. Use these guidelines as a starting point:

If alcohol is being served, add 25% more units. For multi-day events, daily servicing is recommended.

Frequently asked questions
Can you supply urinals as well as toilets?
Yes โ€” for large events urinal units are a great addition. They significantly reduce queuing at peak times and are much more efficient for high footfall. We can supply standalone urinal units or combination packs of toilets and urinals.
Do you service units during multi-day events?
Yes โ€” for events lasting more than one day, we strongly recommend daily or twice-daily servicing. This keeps units hygienic and ensures they never become unusable. We include this in our event quotes and it makes a huge difference to the experience.
How early do units need to be delivered?
We recommend delivery the day before your event wherever possible โ€” this gives you time to check positioning and ensure everything is perfect before guests arrive. Same-day delivery is possible in some cases but delivery before the event day is always preferable.
Can units be positioned across a large site?
Yes โ€” our suppliers have the vehicles and equipment to position units anywhere across a large outdoor site. Let us know the site layout when you enquire and we'll advise on the best placement strategy.
What happens if a unit has a problem during the event?
Our supplier network has emergency response protocols for events. If you have an issue during your event, call us immediately and we'll get the supplier to respond as quickly as possible. We also advise on having spare capacity built into your order as a precaution.
